Strawberry Pretzel Salad

1. Line baking pan with pretzels, sprinkle brown sugar over top, and drizzle with melted butter (exact measurements are not needed). Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes to melt butter and sugar, careful not o burn.
2. Whip together whipped cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar (again, exact measurements are not needed, just do it to what you think you will like).
3. Spread whipped mix over pretzels and chill a few hours. Or place in freezer for an hour or so. Make sure it's firm!
4. Prepare strawberry jello according to mix. Let 'gel' a bit in pan, stir in sliced strawberries, and carefully pour over cream mix. REfrigerate a few hours or overnight.

Hiya's Roast.

1. Prepare roast in oven as usual. Best if done in crockpot and meat is 'falling apart.'
2. Whicle roast cooks, combine 2T flour, 1 pkg Lipton onion-mushroom or onion soup mix, and 2C water in saucepan, bring to a boil to thicken.
15 minutes before finished, pour soup mix over top and continue to roast.
3. Serve with the yummy, decadent, finger-lickin' good gravy on the side, on the top, with mashed potatoes, whatever you want!
